Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 8 weeks in advance, and 3 to 6 months ahead for busy wedding periods such as spring and autumn. Weekend dates fill up quickly so the earlier you get in touch the better.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Sydney and service Greater Sydney and surrounds. Travel fees may apply for venues outside of Sydney. Contact us to discuss your location.
How does the QR code system work?
We set up a QR code at our station. Guests scan it with their phone, upload a photo, and we print and press their magnet on the spot within minutes.
Can I customise the package?
