Imprinted Memories Co

I’ve been to a lot of weddings. And like most guests, I’ve watched the same thing happen every single time. A photobooth in the corner, rolls of Instax film being passed around, and a flurry of little white-bordered photos making their way into pockets and clutches by the end of the night.

The problem? Those photos rarely survive the night. They get bent in handbags, washed in pockets, lost at the bottom of a drawer, or simply forgotten. The ink scratches. The paper tears. And just like that, a beautiful moment is gone.

When I got married, I was so excited for my guests to have that same experience, capturing little moments throughout the day. But afterwards, I realised I hadn’t seen a single one of those photos. My friends had the same story. The photos got lost, damaged, or just never made it home. There had to be a better way.

A New Chapter,
A New Purpose

That question stayed with me for a long time. And then, as I found myself expecting my first child, a little boy, the answer finally became clear. I wanted to create something that would last. Something that could sit on a fridge, on a desk, or on a wall, and remind people of the moments that made them smile.

Starting a small business from scratch while pregnant isn’t always easy. But the passion behind it makes every late night worth it. I wanted to build something meaningful. Something I would be proud to show my son one day. A business built on love, care, and the belief that memories deserve to be preserved beautifully.

And so Imprinted Memories Co was born. A Sydney-based small business creating custom photo magnets that are pressed by hand, sealed under protective mylar, and packaged with the kind of care that says this photo matters. Because it does.

Every magnet is hand-pressed by me, personally, right here in Sydney. No factory. No bulk production. Just care, attention to detail, and a genuine love for what I do.

Unlike Instax prints or photobooth strips, our magnets are sealed under crystal-clear mylar and pressed into a durable button backing. They’re made to live on your fridge for years, not days.
