Processing Time
All orders are custom made by hand. Once you have uploaded and confirmed your photos, please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to press and prepare your magnets before dispatch. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking
All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Every order is packaged in a premium rigid gift box with tissue paper inside a protective Australia Post padded satchel. Your magnets are carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.
Returns and Refunds
Custom Made Products
Because all of our magnets are custom made to order using your own photos, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with your photo selection before completing checkout.
Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@imprintedmemoriesco.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or fault
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
