It is all done directly on our website before you checkout. After selecting your pack size, you will be taken to our photo upload tool where you can upload a photo for each magnet slot, crop it to the perfect square, and preview exactly how each magnet will look. Once you are happy with all your photos you simply proceed to checkout. There is no need to email us anything — your cropped photos come through with your order, ready to print.

Yes. You preview your magnets before you even pay. Our photo tool lets you upload, crop and preview every single magnet in your pack before you reach the checkout. If you are not happy with a photo you can swap it out or re-crop it until it looks exactly right.

Absolutely. Each magnet in your pack can be a completely different photo. Mix and match family shots, couple photos, pets, babies and anything else you love.

Our magnets are 5x5cm square. This is the perfect size to display on a fridge, locker or any magnetic surface without taking up too much space while still showing beautiful detail in your photo.

Each magnet is made by printing your photo on high quality photo paper, sealing it under a protective crystal-clear mylar layer, and pressing it into a durable acrylic button backing with a strong magnet attached. They are built to last for years.

Our magnets are strong enough to hold firmly to a standard fridge or metal surface without sliding. They are not suitable for stacking heavy items but are perfect for display.

We use high quality photo printing to ensure your colours are as vibrant and accurate as possible. Please note that colours can appear slightly different on screen versus in print, and photos with very low resolution may not print as crisply. We recommend using photos taken on a modern smartphone or camera for the best results.

Once you have uploaded your photos and confirmed your order, we aim to press and dispatch within 2 to 3 business days. Standard shipping within Australia then takes 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days.

Yes, we ship internationally. International standard shipping is $19.95 and express international shipping is $29.95. International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location.

Yes. All Australian orders over $55 qualify for free standard shipping. This is automatically applied at checkout.

Every order is carefully packaged in a premium rigid gift box with tissue paper, making it ready to give as a gift or keep for yourself. The gift box is then placed inside an Australia Post prepaid padded satchel to protect your magnets during transit.

Because our magnets are custom made to order using your own photos, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However if your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@imprintedmemoriesco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

We are based in Sydney and service Greater Sydney and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for venues outside of the Sydney metropolitan area. Please get in touch to discuss your location.

We recommend booking at least 8 weeks in advance, and 3 to 6 months ahead for busy wedding periods such as spring and autumn. Weekend dates fill up quickly so the earlier you get in touch the better.

We set up a branded QR code at our station. Guests scan it with their phone, upload a photo from their camera roll or take one on the spot, and we print and press their magnet within minutes. No app download required.
